Mors Principium Est return with a brand new terrifying rager of an album in Seven and boy does it shine through.

“A Day For Redemption,” is the brazen opening song that snarls through, turning melodical twists into sonically driven rage. Pushing the limits into being and delivering a chaotic fringe for all to hear, it ensures that the listener is taken on a full journey. “Lost In A Starless Aeon,” shows off some dazzling guitar work, twisting through the periphery of sound and pushing the listener to ever greater heights. The vocals on this song are simply epic. “In Frozen Fields,” twists the knife, delivering a sharp contrast for those who know, and those who wish to know.

“Reverence,” brings in some serious orchestration, allowing some breathing space for the listener before the band embarks on a full throated assault. “Master Of The Dead,” hits hard, strumming through the insanity and delivering a song of some serious complexity and thought. Twisting the knife and leveraging some of the skills and ability of the band, the song soars from one height to the next. “My Home, My Grave,” is an epic finisher. A song that shows the listener just what the band is capable of and how they go about accomplishing that with actions not just words.

A fantastic album that is out on 23rd October via AFM Records.
