“Unleash the Dragon,” is simply epic, a twisting and turning saga set to some fine riffs and melodical work, turning through the edges of time and bringing together the actualisation of something all heavy metal bands aspire to. “Wizards and Witches,” is a furiously working song that pounds away led by the bass, before the guitars come in with their tremolo picking and their interwoven melodies to drive home the point. “In The Den Of The Mountain Trolls,” goes for a major key, and works its way through the turning knife, bringing together orchestral elements and a whirlwind of possibility and emotion. “Fear My Fury,” roars on a backbone, turning throughout. The riffs and melodies work together, shimmering into the backlight and producing a great scope of work. “Rise From The Ashes Demon,” goes heavy and oriental, turning throughout furiously working into the scope of the epicness being unleashed.
“MetAlmighty,” gets the riff treatment that it deserves. Weaving through the scope of the world, turning on a knife edge and then flattening everything within its path. “So Fragile,” gallops along the pathway throughout the great escape turning out and within. “Temple of No Gods,” roars on the back of giants, bringing together differing elements for the great of the band and the listener. “Just A Good Man,” slams on the epic ballad melodies, allowing for a shredtastic experience. “Dark Night, Dark Thoughts,” shreds. “King Without A Crown,” starts off slowly, and then gradually works its way into being something completely epic and grand.
The album is out on November 22nd via AFM Records.
