“Destroy All Humans,” the title track for Hitten’s first new album in 27 years, is a powerful statement. Filled with passion, aggression and melody, the song sends a message that not only are the band back but they’re incredibly pissed.

“Breathe,” steps into the gap and delivers another raging performance. The riffs are heavy, the rhythm gallops and the song just flows, with passion and power.

“The Ledge,” twists and turns. A song that is built on the backs of melody and truth. A song that weans its way toward greatness.

“Code of Honour,” ramps things up slightly. The riffs deliver a heavy hitting performance and the listener is enraptured from the very first note.

“Total Amnesia,” shifts the strands of time toward an evergrowing and everlasting pattern. A frenetic pace is set by the guitars and the band follow suit.

“1000 Souls,” is power metal at its best. Filled with slick melodies and careful grooves, the song moves with the times and delivers fitting judgement.

“Out In The Cold,” kicks things up several notches, pushing boundaries and demanding to be heard.

“Love, ‘The Assassin,'” is the finale of the album and a fitting one. Filled with passion and anger, it kicks things off just as they began.

Be sure to get this masterpiece when it is released on 25th September.
