“Eilinen vuosi,” mixes Deep Purple melodies with the galloping pace of seventies progressive rock, it takes a twist and a turn, before sharply moving off the course. “Uusi aalto,” is heavy, damning through the passages of time with a dark shift, bringing together the light and the grim. “Zen,” barks and bites here and there. Weaving itself together off the strands of galloping bluesy rock. “Vanhat Kengat,” is a bulldozer, coming at you from all sides and not quite slowing down without due cause for concern. “Loman oodtus,” is slow more reflective and definitely more psychedelic.
“Jasso,” takes itself through the turns. Led by a pounding bass riff, it shifts and turns with great ease. “Partapaa,” bulldozes its way through. Leading on the charge and shifting here and there, ensuring the listener is thoroughly hooked. “Hellou,” is a snaking monster that takes a twist and turn, before climaxing on the road to ruin. “Sunnuntai,” shifts and darts, breaking through and slowly weaving to destruction. “Pedon tanassi,” roars and rips through and about.
The album is out on July 12th via Inverse Records.
