“Illumni Fhtagn,” is a serious barrage on the senses, chaos and anger unfolding with serious edge and grit. The riffs are heavy as anything, the movements slowly wind their way into being, bringing things to a natural conclusion. “El Lizard Birth,” haunting and surreal, with an added edge of chaos thrown in for good measure. This is a song that knows how to play to the fields, and knows whether to shift and growl in anger. “Svartfálr,” bangs away with added measurements of pain and growth, delivering something quite unbelievable.
“Supernatural Selection,” hollers into the abyss, delivering a song that filters through into chaos and anger. Rage another monster that is brought before the listener. “A Thin Line,” takes things to an added extreme, slowly bringing about what feels like the end of the world and is perhaps the monster on the hook. “Umibozu,” slaps and thunders, smashing down the doors and bringing the listener to a new kind of paradise.
