Corrosive Sweden album Blood and Panic Front Cover.jpg

Sweden’s own Corrosive Sweden return with an album filled with darkness and heaviness in Blood and Panic.

“Fire From A Gun,” clatters into being, with some seriously snarling and catchy melodies and riffs. It taunts the listener promising at more to come. “Blood and Panic,” comes in with a pounding riff and then takes a hammer to the listener’s expectations by removing the blinds and letting chaos unfold. “Speed,” switches up and twists and turns with some interesting riff arrangements. “Angry Me,” changes things up with the piano intro, it then takes things up a notch with some serious riffage. “Angel Or Beast,” is a riff monster, taking its rightful place amongst the gods of war. It rips the face off of anything and everything.

“Terrified As I Die,” shifts through the mortal coils, and brings about some interesting arrangements. Twisting and turning with relative ease. “Parasite,” a riff monster, that has a massive slab of melody to it, bringing something new to the table. “At The Top,” comes in and barrels through anything and anyone, and the listener is left wanting more when all is said and done. “Black Paint.” delivers that more. Producing something so seismic it just seems fitting to bookend the album.
