“Ancient Alien,”kicks off proceedings with a thunderous hammer blow to the face. The drums come in tight and precise, the guitars are furious and the vocals unleash their inner scream.

“Stay In The Shadow,” turns the dial up to eleven and brings about the Armageddon, whilst ensuring the listener takes this all in with a smile on their face.

“Woman I Need You,” slithers through the sonisphere, slowly working its way into being a solid bluesy number.

“Electrified Loser,” snarls and bites. And there’s a huge element of swagger in place that takes command and delivers.

“Give Me Your Love,” is another song that shows off just where the band gets its swagger from, there’s a song and a half there and it really shines through.

“Shove It Down,” takes an AC/DC frame of mind and unleashes pure chaos on the listener. Those vocals are insanely good.

“If The Streets,” swelters through the sounds, bringing with it an interesting stop and start. A song that could really fit in on any Deep Purple record.

“Run and Hide,” takes a little dart and turns, bringing the energy to the fore and ensuring the listener is engaged.

“Renegade,” moves into overtime and delivers a stunning rendition of poison and grace.

“Don’t Say No,” finishes things off with a hint of melancholy.

The album is out on 1st May via Mighty Music.
