“Ride Into The Storm,” is a ferocious opener. A song that picks up right where intro “Cyclus Doloris,” leaves off. Setting the tempo for the remainder of the album. Frenetic and powerful, the band are on fine form.

“Tide of Changes-Part I and II,” hits the goat. Turning the twisting tide into something more. Haunting, classical and peripheral. Two songs that truly set the standard for the future of all.

“Vida Seca,” rummages through the chaos. Bringing the acoustic melodies and the intrigue to the fore. Shimmering and shifting on the plains of time.

“Gods Of The World,” is haunting and creeping. A song that barrels through the interorganism of time.

“Cycles Of Pain,” the title track is suitably brilliant. A haunting piano introduction gives way the barrelling monster of Fabio Lione’s vocals. Simply superb.

“Here In The Now,” brings back memories of previous releases, a song that shifts and turns. Bringing one motiff and then another, slimmering and haunting. Truly a superb song.

“Tears Of Blood,” finishes things off in style. A burrowing and haunting, cascading song. Veering through the platonic and the chaotic. Delivering something that edges through the reverie of time.

The album is out on 3rd November via Atomic Fire Records.
