What inspired the name of the band? What are your influences and are they the same as when you started out?
The name was born from blending together two random words from a dictionary.
We have a wide variety of influences, including Type O Negative, Skindred, Alice in Chains, Joan Jett, Igorrr and Devin Townsend.
How do you approach songwriting?
We incorporate a whole range of influences lyrically, including classic horror, rage at social issues, personal struggles and then the downright ludicrous. Usually it’s a case of having a certain image, line or riff in mind and working from there.
Why do you write the music that you do?
Because we LOVE IT.
How do you decide what songs to perform live?
We have a stringent scientific method, where we measure the average listener’s sexual arousal per track and utilise the data to craft the perfect set.
What plans do you have for the future?
We have a brand new album coming out at the end of September- Look at Me Now- which is our finest work yet. No two tracks sound alike and we had so much fun putting it together.
