“The Monolith,”comes in like a haunting scream.  A song that really sets the tone for Sojourner and enables the listener to get an understanding of what’s to come. The vocals are beautifully executed and the tempos are mixed together in perfect harmony.

“Eulogy for the Lost,” is another song that truly shows off the depth within the band. Floating from a discordant harmony one moment to a raging aggression the next with guttural vocals, the song truly gives Sojourner depth and room to play with.

“The Apocalyptic Theater,” hums into being. A song that whirls through the ever lasting wind of time, and as it progresses ascends the trascendal cortex of light.

“Talas,” slows things down, bringing reflection and showing off just how far into the moment Sojourner can go.

“Fatal Frame,” is powerful. The instrumentation on this song is simply ethereal and out of this world. A song that combs through the passing of time and delivers into the void something truly beautiful.

“The Deluge,” brings about another twist in the myth for Sojourner. A song that moves into interesting new pathways whilst allowing the vocals and the guitars to do battle against one another.

“Atonement,” is simply brutal.

“The Event Horizon,” shimmers and shuttles through. A clinical finale from Sojourner.

The album is out on 8th May via Napalm Records.
