“Redneck Vikings From Hell,”is a joyous sonnet. A song that dives deep into the world of the frenzied. It unleashes so many different elements that the listener is somewhat perplexed as to which direction things are coming from. Aether Realm have found a brilliant opener.
“Goodbye,” continues this ponderous journey. It starts off slowly, shifting through the wind before unleashing complete carnage. The guitars are the parts of the song that really stand out, delivering a hardcore amount of riffage whilst not giving an inch for the return of melody.
“Lean Into The Wind,” shimmers and shakes through the nightsky. It delves into a turn and a twist, bringing together a darkened plateau of emotions. Aether Realm are really getting into their stride.
“Hunger,” snarls and crackles with electricity. A song that delivers a smash to the face and a deliverance into the world.
“Guardian,” slowly moves through the catacombs of life, leaning this way and that, bringing together a fascinating little grapplehook.
“One Hollow World,” sees Aether Realm return full force into the battle yards of time.
“She’s Back,” shimmers onto the gilded stage, it then delivers a bombastic piece of metal, designed to unleash carnage.
“Slave To The Riff,” another song that provides momentous coverage and a sense of pushing everything to its limits.
“Cycle,” turns and turns and then flatlines before picking up steam and shoving everything to the side.
“TMHC,” takes on a new lease of life. Slowly filtering through the turnstiles of time, pressing the glorious marinade and showing off Aether Realm to the hilt.
“Craft and Creator,” slows things down slightly and delivers up an interesting shimmering light to close the album.
