“Liar,” starts things off. It is a song that comes barrelling in right away with a seriously groovy riff, shifting the tenor and pace of the conversation through a myriad of levels before breaking the pace once and for all. “Carnival,” is haunting and surreal, shifting the tenor, and growing within the world and about pace. Turning and twisting through the vines of complacency. “Victim of Chemical Substance,” twists and turns. Shattering the stereotypes and planting the sword firmly en route to the destructive harbour of the mind. “Dark Religion,” comes in softly and then batters the listener into submission with some seriously heavy and gnarly riffs and boots.
“Knock Em’ Down,” a furious rat racer of a song, it takes no shit. Smashing down the boundaries and making the listener sit up and rock out for all they’re worth. Fascinating. “Useless,” takes a dark turn, shifting and twisting through the vines of the world and making things go darker and then paler. “Do Unto Others,” a rip roaring song that combines class with the elements to unleash complete chaos. “The Prophet,” is a maddening finisher.
The album is out on October 9th.
