“De Temporum Ratione,” is harmonious, a unique introduction to the album, before it moves into a shredding tempest. The song captures so many positive elements that is quite infectious and groovy. “Only,” takes the charm, and adds it one thousand times over, bringing the soulful content through the thoroughfare and into the world. “When Stakes Are High,” is impassioned and soulful. It takes the world by storm and slowly shifts through the winding storms into a great beyond. “Ravenmaster,” starts off with an acoustic flotation before gradually picking up in pace and becoming a soaring galloping monster. “We’ll Find A Way,” perfectly captures the shifting tone of the world, and brings together an enchanting melody with some seriously bad ass riffage.
“The Nine Ladies,” is a fascinating song, heavy riffs mixed together with some fascinating little changes of tonality and bridging the gap between psychedelic and craziness into one awesome contortion. “The Goddess and The Green Man,” takes charge, and dances through the line, shifting the tone slightly as it progresses. The guitars and the vocals really hit you hard. “Crystal Wind,” twists the edge slightly, brings together a whirlwind of emotions and casualties. “The Plague,” growls and shreds through, building up to epic proportions as the world comes crashing around it. “Knight Errant,” simply epic and the perfect finish.
The album is out on 25th October via No Remorse Records.
