Album Art - Shadows of Man.jpg

“State of Nature,” starts off interestingly, the melodies shifting through the tempure and the movements, before the guitars kick in with heaviness and power, to bring about something fascinating. “Knight’s Collapse,” gallops through the thunderous oath and produces something at once fascinatingly similar but also unique in a clinch. “Flayed On The Birch Rack,” is another pounding shifting tone crunching master piece. “Wandering At The Moon,” moves quickly, with an old feel to proceedings showing where it might go before taking a quick turn to the side. “To Cultivate With Spears,” rocks the hell out, on the back of a shimmering riff and a thunderous applause.

“Shadows of Man part 1,” is a fascinating song that shifts and turns on the wind before growing with the heaviness. “Part 2,” takes a lead from there and delivers something fascinating into the journey of madness. “Where Ancient Spears Lie,” is another song that brings out the heaviness and epicness of metal. Pure brilliance. “Mysterium,” adds a dimension of chaos and insanity to proceedings.

The album is out on 23rd August.
