New Wave of British Heavy Metal titans Sacrilege deliver an absolute stormer with their third album since their return in 2012.
“Celestial City,” takes things through the darkened twinge, bringing with it some fascinating movements and a chordal shift that really delivers a thump. “Lies,” is a riff heavy opus that takes the time to really smash through some barriers. “The Court Of The Insane,” mixes things together and delivers the brutal punishment on the listener. “Bring Out Your Dead,” starts with hooves and slowly weaves its way together to deliver a smashing grabbing miracle. “Depression,” bangs away slowly, but with growing purpose before delivering itself into the worlds of a storm.
“No Bequeath,” slowly ventures out of the world and into the wind to produce something seriously magical. “The Prophet,” is epic, it keeps things moving and slowly delivers the raging danger of the past and the present. “Unhinged Mind,” is another one that really ventures forth into the bowels of the past, to produce something changing and vicious. “I Can Hear The Silence,” takes it through on another notch and into the wind. “Ride Free,” is powerful and engrossing.
The album is out on August 2nd.
