“The Force Within,” sets the tone for the following brutality. “We Fight For Eternity,” is bombastic, aggressive and divine. It soars, it sings and it screams, turning through the whirlwind of time to deliver something suitably epic for all to digest and indulge in. “Far Away,” continues the awesome experiment, turning through the twisting tides of time delivering a pulsating rhythm and melody. The vocals take the entire song to another level, pushing the bar for excellence and ensuring all involved know where they stand.

“Dying For Love,” is suitably epic. The keys produce something like that old eighties feeling and getting the listener amped and ready. The vocals and the chorus are big and bombastic, bringing things into the arena for all to see. “Finding Yourself,” takes the tone of a slow moving ballad, shifting through the temperature and pushing toward something new and refreshing. The vocals add an extra quality that haunts the listener’s ears, ensuring that it stands out. “Lightning In The Night,” brings the heaviness back in. That opening riff salvo is something to behold. Everything is pushed up to eleven and the band just let loose. Everyone is on fire throughout and the listener is treated to something truly special.

“Moonlight Phantom,” goes neo-classical, turning and twisting. The guitar riffs breathe with intoxicating life and swarm around the tempestuous melodies that ensure the vocals have a solid bass from which to work from. “The Angel and the Faith,” is the penultimate closer. A song that combines eighties bombast with pure energy and aggression. The melodies that are added to the song ensure it stands out and wheels the listener in. The vocals are filled with energy. This is truly an epic song that narrates the classic struggle for all. Finishing off with “Ab Angelis Defensa,” as an epic instrumental outro was the right choice.

The album is out on 20th November.
