“Black Magic,” kicks off the new instrumental album by virtuoso Reb Beach, and it hits hard. It brings together harmonics, shredding and some beautifully placed melodies to develop into a fully fledged rockboat. “Little Robots,” continues this trend, shredding and stopping, turning and twisting. Grooving and swaggering. All down the mainline street toward sensibility. “Aurora Borealis,” shreds and slides. A song that captures the spirit of the guitar and gets it grooving.

“The Way Home,” slaps. A massive shred fest that truly captures the spirit of the band and the audience and everything in between. “Whiplash,” goes for melodical groove and swagger, twisting through the plains and producing something enticing. “Hawkdance,” turns around and delivers the goods whilst pushing through the digestibles for all to see.

“Cutting Loose,” and “Sea of Tranquillity,” finish things off quite nicely.

The album is out on November 6th via Frontiers Music.
