“Survival Of The Fittest,” rolls with the thunder, and delivers a frightening amount of accuracy and precision in driving the day and increasing the precision of the narrative. A brilliant opener. “Mother Bohemia,” is an anthemic song that filters through the ground and allows the listener to fully engage. “I Can’t Breathe,” both the prologue and the monologue are hauntingly beautiful. “High Old Times,” is a riff monster, and a song that truly captures some beautiful times, perfectly arranged.
“Modern Prometheus,” is filled with intricacies and subtleties that really belies the system of old. It shelters through and drops in and out producing some fascinating interludes. “Will I Ever Feel The Same,” snarls and bites with efficiency and energy. “The Capital,” is epic, it grows and contorts and delivers some fascinating changes.
The album is out on 24th January via AFM Records.
